The Sidis programme, as delivered and as audited.

This archive holds the code and the data of a nine-part computational programme built by a language
model out of W. J. Sidis, The Animate and the Inanimate (1925), together with the reports the
programme wrote about itself.

Read CLAUDE-MATTER-3-COMMENTARY.md first. It is the audit, and it is also the errata. Several of the
programme's headline findings do not survive it. Among them a contingency table whose four cells hold
one number and its negative, a forgery experiment whose accumulators are bijections, so collisions
were impossible before it was run, six measurements in natural logarithms presented as bits, and a set
of figures asserted in three documents that no line of code computes. The reports here are the object
of study rather than a body of results, and nothing in them should be quoted without checking it
against the commentary first.

The programme, the audit, the audit of the audit and this note were all written by the same
instrument. Publishing the material lets a reader check the arithmetic. It does not make the audit
independent of the work it audits, and it was never going to.
